FOLLOWING PURCHASE
After your purchase has been made, please note more information may be required from you. You will receive an email from design@hillincstudio.com within 48 hours with next steps.
TURNAROUND TIME & DELIVERABLES
Within weeks after the contract is signed, Designer will provide Client with all purchased deliverables with any appropriate files included with them — all listed and accepted within the booked service (hereinafter, “Final Deliverables”). Final Deliverables are all final versions of deliverables provided by the Designer and accepted by the Client. No client shall receive editable copies of final artwork (AI,PSD files).
SHIPPING
All final files will be uploaded to client Dropbox folder after completion.
COMMUNICATION
The client and contractor will discuss project(s) in progress during regularly scheduled meetings. Communication for the duration of the project is required with no exceptions. If no communication has been made a week after contacting client, your project will be terminated. You will be charged a $200 re-start fee to continue work. After 30 days, your project is forfeited. No refunds. Any delay in submitting requested content/info will result in the delay of project completion. All communications made concerning contracted services must be submitted in formal writing.
OWNERSHIP & USAGE RIGHTS
Hill Inc. Studio reserves the right to reproduce any and all designs created in print and electronic media for Hill Inc. Studio's promotional purposes.
No graphic design contractor will be granted the authority to act on behalf of Hill Inc Studio. Any edits shall be done only by the Hill Inc. Studio and any violation of this may result in legal action. All other rights are reserved for Hill Inc. Studio and are elaborated throughout this Agreement. The Client waives the right to challenge the validity of Hill Inc. Studio and/or Designer Derica Hill's ownership of the artwork subject to this agreement because of any change or evolution of the laws.
TIMELINES
All timelines are an estimate. Actual production time may vary. Hill Inc. Studio does everything possible to meet the estimated times, but production times cannot be guaranteed. We have an excellent reputation for delivering on time. However, in the event that we exceed an estimated time of delivery, it is because we are diligently working to achieve perfection, and you will be made aware of the adjusted timeline.
ERRORS
Client has responsibility to proofread and review all work produced during the project. As a result, the client is fully responsible for any errors in spelling, typography, illustrative layout, photography or other errors discovered after printing or reproduction or for any work performed by third parties selected by the client.
CANCELLATION
In the event client cancels this agreement prior to completion, within five (5) business days of such cancellation, client shall pay Hill Inc. Studio for all work performed up to the date of termination at an hourly rate of $50 per hour and a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the remaining balance that would otherwise have been paid if the project would have been completed.
